Timothy J. Perry

Tim Perry’s practice focuses on representing clients in the areas of environmental, land use, utility, energy and administrative law. A substantial portion of his practice has been spent litigating and appealing administrative cases before the Division of Administrative Hearings and the Florida Public Service Commission.  He represents local governments, corporations and individuals in all matters involving the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund, the state’s water management districts, the United States Army Corps of Engineers, United States Environmental Protection Agency and the Florida Public Service Commission.

Mr. Perry is a 1998 graduate of the University of Alabama, and he received his law degree from the Florida State University College of Law in 2001. He is author of the Florida Bar Environmental and Land Use Law Treatise chapter on Consumptive Use Permitting. Mr. Perry is licensed to practice law in Florida and Alabama.

He is the Past-President of the Florida Association of Environmental Professionals, President of the Tallahassee Area Association of Environmental Professionals and is a Board Member of the National Association of Environmental Professionals.

Prior to joining the firm he was a partner at Oertel, Fernandez, Bryant & Atkinson, P.A., in Tallahassee, Florida.
